- Visitor’s passport copy
- Copy of the visitor’s passport outer cover
- Recent photograph with a white background
- Guarantor’s passport and residence visa copies, where sponsorship applies
- Ejari or tenancy contract
- Guarantor’s bank statements for the last six months
- Guarantor’s Emirates ID, where applicable
- Relationship evidence for family visits, if required
Confirm passport validity, visit duration and the supporting documents for the selected visa.
UAE tourist visa
- Applicant’s passport copy
- Copy of the applicant’s passport outer cover
- Recent photograph of the applicant with a white background
- Birth certificate for each child applying with their parents
- Guarantor’s passport and residence visa copies, or Emirates ID copy
US visitor visa
- Valid passport
- DS-160 confirmation page
- Application fee receipt, if required
- Photograph meeting the US visa specifications, if required
- UAE residence and Emirates ID details for application preparation
- Evidence of the purpose of travel, ability to pay and intent to leave after the visit, if requested
Marhaba’s preparation review may include employment or sponsor evidence, bank statements and an itinerary. Supporting documents depend on the consulate and your circumstances. Do not purchase final travel tickets before a visa is issued.

- Sponsor’s salary evidence for supported dependants, where relevant

- Birth or marriage certificates where relationship evidence is needed
- Invitation and host details for a hosted visit, where relevant
- Certified translations of documents that are not in English or Welsh
